The heart of the Guilsfield Show is our buzzing showground, packed with fantastic stalls, tasty food, and friendly faces. From handmade crafts and local produce to artisan goods and street food favourites, there’s something for everyone to discover (and probably take home!).
We welcome a wide variety of traders and food vendors each year — whether you're a small local business, a seasoned market stallholder, or a new start-up looking to showcase your goods, we’d love to have you with us.
🎪 We offer a range of pitch sizes to suit all types of vendors, from small tables to larger catering setups. Spaces do fill up fast, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.
Whether you're serving up something sizzling or selling something special, the Guilsfield Show is a great place to share what you do with a lively, local crowd.

Small Pitch 3mx3m
A Small pitch is 3m x 3m best suited for arts and crafts, cakes and even a local political party. £40 a pitch.
Medium Pitch 6m x3m
A medium pitch is 6m x 3m this is a minimum requirement for anyone who is running out of any type of van or trailer. £70 a pitch.
Large Pitch 8m x 3m
A Large Pitch 8m x 3m is perfect for a larger organisation such as a local retailer or planning company. £80 a pitch.
Food Vendors
All food vendors are required to submit an enquiry form for prices. We must see proof of public liability, a current EHO rating and size requirements. Form can be found in link.
Farmers Market
The Farmers Market is aimed at very small scale producers within a stones through of the show. Aimed at helping people make a start at their own business. Stall is a simply table. £15 a Table by enquiry only.
